ABBEYFIELD JERSEY SOCIETY
Abbeyfield Jersey in St Helier, close to Havre des Pas, is a small home offering both independent and residential care; open for over 25 years and run by The Abbeyfield Jersey Society, a charity registered with the Association of Jersey Charities.
Abbeyfield House can be home for up to 10 residents, 5 of which are residential. All rooms are en suite, decorated to a high standard, offering comfortable accommodation. Lynton next door, also run by The Abbeyfield Jersey Society is divided into 5 self-contained units.
A small, very dedicated staff, provide high quality care 24/7. Meals are prepared and cooked on the premises, using nutritious ingredients some of which have been grown in our own vegetable garden. Exceptional home cooking together with the care offered makes Abbeyfield House a real home from home.
A small number of volunteers support the staff to make living at Abbeyfield safe, happy and relaxed. Tea drives, film nights, sing-a-longs, dominoes, knitting are just some of the activities on offer, adding to the quality of life.
