OUR PURPOSE

Jersey Care Federation is a forward thinking, active organisation which represents the care sector in the island of Jersey. Just like our caring members, we put our community at the heart of everything we do. This means that we work hard to:

1. Provide our members with a unified, strong voice that is heard by our community and government stakeholders.

2. Ensure our sector is involved in decision making processes which contribute to the development of services, policy and regulations.

3. Help members to develop close relationships and share expertise across organisations.

4. Keep members informed so that organisations are up to date on policy and professional practice.

5. Create new initiatives and opportunities which improve the standards of care in our industry.
