The Able Community Care Live-in Care Service operates on a fortnightly* rotational system of introducing trained carers into a person’s home, to support them with personal care, domestic care and to offer companionship and security. 

The Able Community Care Respite Care Service supports family members who need a break from caring by offering a Live-in Carer to stay in their home to care for their relative whilst they take a break. 

The Able Community Care Home from Hospital Service offers convalescent care in a person’s own home supporting them after a hospital discharge to regain independence safely and in the place they are happiest.

The Able Community Care Holiday Care Companion Serviceenables people of all ages who need care support to have a holiday or visit relatives both in the UK and abroad.
