Silver Springs Care Home is a 93 bedded Dual registered nursing and residential home situated in the beautiful Parish of St Brelade. Silver Springs has spacious grounds to the front of the home and a tranquil sensory garden at the rear for all clients and visitors to enjoy.

Silver Springs staff provide care for individuals whose needs range from day to day assistance or company, to high dependency nursing needs and palliative care, the home is split into three units of Residential, Nursing and the newest unit Silver Lea which has a mixture of nursing and residential clients and also provides reablement support.

The home has close working relationships with multi professionals to help provide the best possible service for our clients and their families. The staff team are caring and committed to providing the highest standards of care; we see all of our clients as an extended version of our Silver Springs family.

We offer a wide range of activities which include a bus trips, quizzes, board games and pamper days for the ladies. The Brighterkind homes in Jersey have engaged with a company called Oomph and staff have undertaken training to provide wellness, exercise energisers which reach out to residents and families alike to join in the fun.
